Move. Flow. Heal. Transform.

I believe healing isn’t about fixing yourself, it’s about understanding yourself.

Through yoga, reiki, and one-on-one clarity sessions, I help people move beyond old patterns, reconnect with themselves, and create meaningful change from the inside out. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with who you truly are, you’re in the right place.

About Me

Hi, I’m Jess.

Owner + Founder of Lone Wolf Yoga

If there was one thing I could tattoo on my forehead, it would be this:

Do the work.

I believe most of us are doing the best we can with the tools, patterns, and coping mechanisms we learned along the way. Many of those strategies served a purpose at one point. They helped us feel safe, loved, accepted, or simply survive difficult circumstances. But as we grow and our lives change, the very things that once protected us can hold us back.

I’ve learned that healing begins when we’re willing to get honest about what is and isn’t working.

My own journey started in 2017 when I found yoga as a way to heal the effects of chronic stress and anxiety. After over a decade in the corporate world, my body was in a constant state of tension. I experienced chronic pain, tightness, and a nervous system that didn’t know how to rest.

Through a consistent yoga practice, I found something I wasn’t expecting: not just physical relief, it changed every aspect of how I lived.

Yoga is one hell of a mirror.

It showed me where I was overthinking, where I was limiting myself or holding back (still working on this one), and where I still had healing to do. Over time, that practice helped restore both my body and mind, and eventually inspired me to become a teacher myself. In 2023 I received my 200-hour Teacher Training from Mission Yoga.

As my healing journey continued, I was introduced to Reiki. After experiencing the profound impact of energy work, I earned my Reiki Level I certification and added another tool to my healing toolbox.

Today, my work combines yoga, Reiki, and one-on-one clarity sessions. While each offering is different, they all share the same intention: helping you reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater awareness, empowerment, and trust.

One of my natural gifts is helping people find clarity.

When others see a tangled mess, I often see the root. The pattern beneath the pattern. The belief behind the behavior. The thing quietly driving the conflict, frustration, or looping.

Friends, coworkers, and even strangers (for real, strangers) have sought me out for years when they needed perspective. Eventually, I realized this wasn’t just something I did. It was something I was meant to share.

Whether we’re working together through movement, energy work, or conversation, my goal is simple:

I want you to feel seen, heard, understood, and empowered.

I don’t believe there’s a single right path to healing. What worked for me may not work for you. But I do believe there is a path that will work for you and sometimes all it takes is one conversation, one practice, one insight, or one brave step in a new direction to find it.

Healing isn’t graceful. Sometimes (ok, often) it’s messy. It’s definitely uncomfortable. And it asks us to feel things we’d rather avoid.

But in my experience, every time I’ve broken an unhealthy pattern that no longer served me, I’ve found more freedom on the other side.

And I’ve never once regretted doing the work. It’s worth it, and you’re worth it.

If you’re ready to explore what that might look like for you, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
